FindOurCollege LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information about our students, parents, or guardians to any third party for monetary compensation or any other form of benefit.

This page provides you with full transparency about our data practices and explains your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as well as similar laws in other U.S. states and applicable international privacy regulations.

2. What “Selling” and “Sharing” Means Under the Law

Under the CCPA and CPRA, “selling” personal information means disclosing it to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” personal information, as defined under the CPRA, means transferring personal information to a third party for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning targeted advertising based on a person’s behavior across different websites, services, or platforms.

These definitions are broader than everyday usage of the words “sell” or “share,” and they can include certain digital marketing practices such as allowing advertising technology tools to access user data.

3. Do We Sell or Share Personal Information?

FindOurCollege LLC does not sell personal information and has never sold personal information.

FindOurCollege LLC does not sell the personal information of any user — including students, parents, or guardians — to any third party for any purpose, including advertising, lead generation, or data brokerage. Your personal data is collected solely to deliver and improve our SAT Training program and to communicate with you about enrollment and related matters.

Regarding “sharing” for behavioral advertising:

Our Site uses the Meta Pixel (formerly known as the Facebook Pixel), which may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes under California law. While we use this tool only to measure the effectiveness of our outreach and not to sell your information, we want to be fully transparent about this practice.

You have the right to opt out of this type of data sharing. Please see Section 5 below for instructions on how to do so.

4. Personal Information We Collect

For reference, the personal information we collect includes the following categories:

• Identifiers such as name, email address, and phone number
• Educational information related to the student such as grade level and intended SAT test date
• Internet or electronic network activity information such as browsing behavior on our Site, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
• Geolocation data at a general level (city or region, derived from IP address)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, biometric data, or health information.

5. Your Right to Opt Out

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time. Because we do not sell personal information, your opt-out right primarily applies to the use of the Meta Pixel for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

• Use Meta’s Ad Settings: Visit your Facebook or Instagram account settings and adjust your ad preferences to limit how your information is used for advertising purposes across platforms.

• Contact Us Directly: Email us at contact@findourcollege.com with the subject line “Do Not Share My Personal Information,” and we will take reasonable steps to limit the sharing of your data.

Residents of Other U.S. States

If you are a resident of a state with applicable consumer privacy laws (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, and other applicable states), you may have similar rights to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. 7. How We Verify Your Identity

To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we must verify your identity before we can process certain requests. When you contact us, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, and a description of your relationship with FindOurCollege LLC (for example, whether you are a parent, guardian, or student). We will use this information only to verify your identity and will not use it for any other purpose.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a student who is a minor, you must confirm that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian.

8. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. This means we will not:

• Deny you access to our Services
• Charge you a different price or rate for our Services
• Provide a different level or quality of Services to you
• Threaten to take any of the above actions

Your exercise of any privacy right will have no effect on your enrollment or your student’s participation in our SAT Training program.
